Here at The Beauty Collective Cairns. We aim for each & everyone of our clients to leave their appointment feeling 100% satisfied, with both their treatment results & their customer service experience.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any part of your treatment, please reach out within three days post treatment to ensure we can schedule an appointment to fix any issues

Payment

All bookings require a 50% Booking Fee to secure the spot. If booking via phone call or sms, you will be sent a confirmation text with a link attached for you to complete the booking fee. The payment will need to be made at least 7 days prior to the appointment, or else the appointment may be cancelled.

All booking fees are used towards your service on the day and are refundable up until 48 hours prior to the

appointment.

Booking fees can be paid online, over the phone with card details, or in person at the salon.

We accept payment by Cash, EFTPOS, VISA, MasterCard & AfterPay.

Arriving Late

Your appointment time is booked especially for you. If you are running late. Please let us know in advance if possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your appointment, however, time may not permit us to complete your full service. This means that your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled to ensure that we are running on time for our next client.

For all lash extension services, please remove eye makeup with an oil-free remover or lash cleanser prior to your appointment, or arrive early at the salon so that you are able to do so.

If it is your first appointment at the salon, please arrive 10 minutes early to fill in a new client form and a consent form.

Cancelation

If you are unable to attend or would like to reschedule your appointment, please do so at your earliest convenience. A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required. This ensures we have enough time to offer the appointment time to other clients. Notice given past the 48-hour cancellation period will unfortunately result in your booking fee or gift voucher being forfeited.

Children In Salon

As a courtesy to all other clients and for the safety of your children, we ask that you make child care arrangements for your appointment time at The Beauty Collective Cairns. We ask that no children under the age of six be left unsupervised in the salon.

Our work involves an extreme amount of concentration and focus, and is extremely detail-oriented.

We strive to provide the most enjoyable and relaxing experience for everyone while visiting the salon.
